Member update
Now that Jacqueline's back, our field trip schedule is back on track! To make up for cancelling the last couple, Jacqueline is organising a second bus trip this month, to Sharjah Blue Souk & Wafi Mall on 23 March. Please let Jacqueline know asap if you'd like to go! She's also in the process of improving the Abu Dhabi Women's Golf program - more details next week! :) Marcia

Did you know that the UAE has it's own type of ebay? If you're like me and order lots from overseas, it's worth checking out both Dubizzle and Souq - and there are usually some good deals going from people moving!

Ladies golf mornings every Thurs from 7.30 at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club. Cost is 95dhs per lesson, which includes bottled water & tea/coffee after the lesson. To enrol, contact the pro shop on 02 5578000. You will need to book on a monthly basis but ony pay for those lessons you will be available for. Just a quick reminder that if you register directly with the pro shop, don't forget to email Jacqueline so that you're also added to the Abu Dhabi Women's Golf mailing list!

Cheecky is
about 6 months old, and was found as a kitten when she was only a
few days old. She's a very special kitty as she's blind - but don't
let that fool you, she's fully self-sufficient and potty trained
- and very active; it's amazing how animals
